CRF Draft Details

A Draft is the viewable and editable form that a project or global library volume takes in the Architect module in Rave.  It includes all variables, fields, forms, folders, data dictionaries, matrices, edit checks, custom functions, derivations, and restrictions.

The draft page for both a project and a library volume displays the following information:

1. • Draft Summary/Download

   • CRF Draft Settings

   • Publish to CRF Version

   • Upload Trail

   • Difference Report

   • Links to the Draft Items on the left navigation bar

   • Links to the Global Library wizards

You can do the following on the CRF or Global Library  Draft details page

Note: These actions are subject to the permissions assigned to the security role in the Configuration module. Only actions that are allowed to an Architect user will display on this page. See your User Administrator to set up security role assignments for Architect Projects or Global Library Volumes.

• Edit Draft settings for the CRF or Global Library draft

• Navigate to and edit the Draft items

• View Draft Summary

• Upload Trail created in Architect Loader

• Access and view a Difference Report that compares objects between two drafts or versions and highlights the differences  

• Publish a draft to version

• Download all object types or selective object types for a draft within the Project or Global Library in Architect and extract them into an Excel spreadsheet for off-line documentation and maintenance

• Copy objects from a Project, Global Library Proposals, or a Global Library Volume to a CRF or Global Library draft using the Library wizard

• Copy objects to a proposed Global Library Volume using the Library wizard.
