By default, Tagging displays all the tags that are mapped to your Rave folders, forms, fields, or constants. To navigate to a desired tag or tags, it is recommended that you use the search function, which is located at the top of the Tagging window.
To search for one or more tags:
1. Enter the whole or partial name of the tag in the Tag field.
Note: You must enter at least one characters. |
2. (Optional) Select from the Report dropdown menu the report in which the tag is used to view the tags associated with a report.
Note: For a report to appear in the Report dropdown menu, it must have at least one tag associated with it. |
3. (Optional) Select the application from the Integration dropdown menu to view, add, update, or delete the tags associated with a specific integration.
Note: For an application to appear in the Integration dropdown menu, it must have at least one tag associated with it. |
4. Select the type of tag you are searching for using the Tag Type dropdown menu.
5. Click Search.
All tags meeting your search criteria appear in the Tags section at the bottom of the Tagging window.
Tip: To clear the search criteria, click Clear. To change the search results, click Clear, select the desired parameters in the search criteria, and then click Search. |
Note: Click Clear to clear the search criteria; however, you will not reset the search results. |
Click Clear.
