Global constants can be used to establish a static mapping for all projects with a URL. A constant tag can be comprised of a string, date, or number value. Medidata defines the constant tags available to your organization, but you must populate the value of the tag.

Note: All constants that contain a check in the Global column are the same across all projects within the Rave URL. If you change a global constant tag, it will change across all projects within the Rave URL, regardless of whether or not you have access to these projects. Only constants can be global. |
To update the value of a global constant:
1. From the Tagging window, search for a study tag using the search function.
2. Click the arrow next to the desired global tag.
3. Click Update.
4. Update the text, date, or number as needed, and then click Save.
