Managing Alerts

Tagging displays alerts associated with a mapping.

From the Tagging window, you can view the alerts associated with the tags or mappings. Tags and mappings with alerts have warning icon in the Alert column.

The following table lists and describes Tagging alerts and the corrective actions to resolve them:

The mapping(s) selected for this tag was not found in a production CRF version.

Appears when:

      One or more mappings are not found in the active eCRF.

      Any CRFs to which you are mapping do not contain the folder, form, field, or constant.

      Any CRFs to which you are mapping have not been published and pushed to production.

Log in to Archi­tect, fix these issues, and then refresh alerts in Tagging.

Mapping Alerts

The mapping was not found in a production CRF version.

Appears when:

      A mapping is not found in the active eCRF.

      Any CRFs to which you are mapping do not contain the folder, form, field, or constant.

      Any CRFs to which you are mapping have not been published and pushed to production.

Field Format does not match Tag Format.

Appears when the tag for­mat does not match the field format in the map­ping. For example, Birth- date is mapped to a Blood Pressure or a non date Rave field.

Reapply the mapping between a tag and a field with a correct format and then refresh the alert.

Viewing Alerts

To view an alert:

1.      From the Tagging window, search for a tag using the search function.

2.      Click the arrow next to the tag with the alert.

3.      Click View Details to view additional information about specific tag-level alerts.

Refreshing Alerts

Tagging displays alerts associated with a tag or mapping. Once you have taken corrective measures to remedy an alert within Rave Architect, you can refresh the alerts associated with a tag or mapping:

  1. From the Tagging window, search for a tag or tags using the search function.

  2. Select the tag or tags you wish to refresh.

  3. Click Refresh Tags.
