The 360 Data Cleaning Progress Report presents a summary view of current statuses (overall) of all the eCRF data within a specified study, site group, site, subject, folder, or form. In addition, the report helps in determining the sites or subjects that have the greatest number of pages in need of review tasks such as, signature, entry lock, and so on. Assessing eCRF data helps in reviewing the workload that remains to clean a study and estimate the effort.

Note: The overall page status is reported regardless of the permissions of the user’s role (permission to Verify, Lock, Sign, and so on). However, the report will enforce the Form View restrictions of the user’s role, so that the user will not see any of the restricted pages. |
The 360 Data Cleaning Progress Report presents four metric categories each on a separate page within the report. In addition, the report presents an additional page for advanced filters.
