This metric category page presents the following charts:
eCRF Review Backlog (Percent of Entered eCRF Pages) – Presents the backlog of the various eCRF data review tasks for a study, in terms of percentage of currently entered datapages that require each task for example, Review, Verify, Signature, and so on. The count presented at each review task reflects the current count of datapages at that task in a study.
The formula used to compute the page status is as follows:
1. Verify Required – The ratio of total eCRF pages requring verification across the total entered eCRF pages in a study.
2. Review Required – The ratio of total eCRF pages requring review across the total entered eCRF pages in a study.
3. Freeze Required – The ratio of total eCRF pages requring freeze across the total entered eCRF pages in a study.
4. Lock Required – The ratio of total eCRF pages requring lock across the total entered eCRF pages in a study.
5. Sign Required – The ratio of total eCRF pages requring signature across the total entered eCRF pages in a study.
6. Coding Required – The ratio of total eCRF pages requring coding across the total entered eCRF pages in a study.
7. Translation Required – The ratio of total eCRF pages requring translation across the total entered eCRF pages in a study.
eCRF Data Capture (Percent of Total eCRF Pages) – Presents the overall progress and status of eCRF data capture for a study in terms of relative percentages of entered, currently overdue (missing), and future expected eCRF pages.
The formula used to compute the eCRF data capture is as follows:
1. Entered – The ratio of total eCRF pages entered across the total eCRF pages in a study.
2. Overdue – The ratio of total eCRF pages overdue across the total eCRF pages in a study.
3. Expected – The ratio of total eCRF pages expected across the total eCRF pages in a study.
eCRF Cleaning backlog (Percent of Entered eCRF Pages) – Presents the backlog of eCRF data cleaning for a study, in terms of percent of currently entered datapages that have non-conformant data or unresolved queries. The count presented at each task reflects the current count of datapages at that task in a study.
The formula used to compute the tasks is as follows:
1. Non Conformant – The ratio of total non-conformant eCRF pages across the entered eCRF pages in a study.
2. Unresolved Queries – The ratio of total eCRF pages with unresolved queries across the entered eCRF pages in a study.
