This metric category page presents the following charts:
Summary of eCRF Page Status Counts – Presents the progress of eCRF data entry and current backlog of eCRF data review and cleaning activities in terms of percentage of entered eCRF pages that require various actions, such as Review, Verify, Freeze, Lock, Signature, Coding, Non conformant, and so on. The count presented at each task reflects the current count of datapages at that task in a study. The counts represent totals at either the study, site group, site, folder, or form level depending on your current selection in the View Status Counts by dropdown menu.
The formula used to compute the page status is as follows:
1. Entered – The ratio of total eCRF pages entered across the total eCRF pages in a study. The count of entered pages includes blank eCRF pages that have been Frozen, Locked, and no longer Expected.
2. Expected – The ratio of total eCRF pages expected across the total eCRF pages in a study.
3. Overdue – The ratio of total eCRF pages overdue across the total eCRF pages in a study.
4. Non conformant – The ratio of total non conformant eCRF pages across the total eCRF pages in a study.
5. Open Queries – The ratio of total eCRF pages with open queries across the total eCRF pages in a study.
6. Answered Queries – The ratio of total eCRF pages with answered queries across the total eCRF pages in a study.
7. Verify Required – The ratio of total eCRF pages requiring verification across the total eCRF pages in a study.
8. Review Required – The ratio of total eCRF pages requiring review across the total eCRF pages in a study.
9. Freeze Required – The ratio of total eCRF pages requiring freeze across the total eCRF pages in a study.
10. Lock Required – The ratio of total eCRF pages requiring lock across the total eCRF pages in a study.
11. Sign Required – The ratio of total eCRF pages requiring signature across the total eCRF pages in a study.
12. Coding Required – The ratio of total eCRF pages requiring coding across the total eCRF pages in a study.
13. Translation Required – The ratio of total eCRF pages requiring translation across the total eCRF pages in a study.
