Rave User Administration enables system administrators to manage user accounts across Rave.
The module enables administrative personnel to:
Manage user IDs and passwords
Grant or deny module access
Associate users with individual studies at the site
Associate users with one or more sites or site group (s) within a study
Manage and assign primary investigators
Indicate sponsor approval and training dates for system access
Enable or disable eLearning on a per user basis
Associate users with roles
Trigger account activation process
Administer assigned user accounts within a study, site groups and/or sites
Grant or deny users access to specific Architect projects or Global Library volumes based on a security model
Manage users in security group (remove users from a group, or search for new users to add to the group).
Use the User Loader function to take all the information on Users, User-Study-Role Mappings, and Studies in the User Administration module and extract them into an Excel spreadsheet for off-line documentation and maintenance.
The User Administrative module enables end users to access optional contact information - email addresses, telephone, mailing addresses.
