A user can upload Report Help for a custom report in Report Packager.
Log in to Rave and select Report Administration from the list of installed modules on the Rave home page.
Click Upload Report Help link in the left navigation bar on the Report Administration home page.
The Upload Report Help page displays a drop down list of available custom and standard reports and option to add or edit Report Help for a specific custom report and locale. A View column indicates if Report Help is available for the specific report in a given locale.
Select a Report from the Report drop down list.
The system populates the Report Help Files table for the selected columns.
Note: Help content for a Standard Report cannot be modified. When available, Report Help will be available as View only.
If Help is available for the report in a particular locale, click View to display the selected Help text.
If the selected Report is a Custom Report and you wish to upload Help for the report, locate the locale and click the Add/Edit icon for the locale.
Text box to browse and locate the Help file appears.
Browse and locate the Help content file in the Choose File dialog window and click Open. The Report Help file must be a valid PDF file.
The Report help File Name path appears in the File Name text box.
Click the Add icon .
The Report Help uploads and the Report Help File Name appears in the File Name column. If Help already existed for the locale for the Report, the newly uploaded File Name will display "Current" to indicate that the Report Help file is current.
