Viewing Reports in EDC

You can run a report in EDC. A Report Viewer displays the report.

Note:  The system may direct you to the Reports Prompts page to enter parameters for the report prior to displaying the report  if:

• A REQUIRED parameter is missing for the report

• The NoPromptsPageIfPossible is NOT set for the report in the Report Administration module.

• Click <Report Name> in the list of available reports on the study Page, site page, or the subject page.

You may be directed to the Reports Prompts page or the selected report displays in a separate report viewer window.

The Report by default displays:

1. • Navigation Controls - for multiple pages

   • Export option links - PDF, Excel, Excel-Data Only (Exceptions: Data Listing Report and Study Configuration Report)

   • Report sorting option to sort the results set on one or more columns when configured

   • A Report Title

   • Report Column Headings

   • Report Date

   • Drill Down links (if any)

   • Pagination control (if any)

   • Report Help link

Tip: If you have popup blockers installed on your browser, you must disable them to see the reports.
