  1. Navigate to a Study > Site.

The site page displays a task summary for the selected site. Each task entry in the summary shows a count of all the entities that are one level below the current level, a count of all subjects at the site level.

Note: A collapse or expand icon next to the Task Summary label gives you an option to collapse the entire list. Collapsing the list during routine use of EDC significantly improves page response time. Default setting is to display the collapse icon and the task summary list.

  1. Click for the task summary to view the details.

  1. Click a subject name to view details on the selected subject or the folder-form page.

  1. Click collapse  to display the task summary for the site again.

  1. You can also click the pop up icon to view the expanded task list in a pop up window.

Note: The subject name and the form-folder name on the pop up window display as links that can help you navigate to the subject main page or the folder-form page for the subject.

The task list on the pop-up window refreshes every time a form is saved.  If a task no longer applies to a form, the task is removed from the list and the page count is updated.

Note: In case of a task entry requiring signature in the Task summary, there may be a discrepancy between the number of subjects showing Requiring Signature at the Study Site task summary drill down list and the list that displays in the pop up window.  This is because the pop up window only displays subjects that have specific forms marked as requiring signature.  If there are subjects or folders marked as requiring signature, they will display in the drill down list but not in the pop up window.
