Inactivating Protocol Deviations

  1. Navigate to a form that is flagged with a protocol deviation.

  2. Click Edit for a field that is marked with a protocol deviation.

 

 

  1. Select Inactivate associated with the Deviation.

 

 

  1. Click Save.

The Protocol Deviation inactivates.
