Depending on your role and privileges, there are two ways to lock data:
Entry lock prevents future data entry or edit. If you have permission, you can create and respond to markings as well as perform reviews and source document verification.
Hard lock prevents modifying the data entry point in any way.
Note: Permission to lock data does not automatically include permission to unlock data.
