Navigate to the Draft Details page in Architect.
Click Email Alert from the list of Draft Items.
The Email Alert page appears.
Navigate to the Email alert that you want to modify and click Edit 
.
The Email alert displays in edit mode.
Modify Effective Date, Number of Days, or Default Locale as required.
Click Save
