Post Marketing Surveillance (PMS) Patient Dashboard provides a simplified Rave user interface for physicians participating in PMS studies, as well as clinical studies. PMS Patient Dashboard provides a Patient Data Display (data grid) view that shows enrollment status and data entering status for all patients at a glance.
A configuration tool, Patient Dashboard Builder for Study Designers in Architect is used to define what information should be displayed in the Patient Dashboard display.
Note: eCRFs must be published before the configuration tool can be used for a project.
Only one Patient Dashboard can be created for each study to ensure all versions of a study share the same Patient Dashboard configuration in Architect. The fields available for the Patient Dashboard depend on the status of the project. If there is no production version for the project, the Patient Dashboard Builder uses fields from the latest eCRF version available in Rave. If there is a production version for the project, the Patient Dashboard Builder uses fields from the highest production eCRF version.
The Patient Dashboard content types include:
Subject name (default column)
Any Rave EDC field from the appropriate eCRF version
The Rave EDC enrollment visit or any other visit
Text
You can include more than one content item in a column. For example, content can include an Adverse Event type and a corresponding Adverse Event date.
The Patient Dashboard is available from Rave EDC, and you can see your changes made to the Patient Dashboard Builder in the Patient Dashboard.
The Patient Dashboard Builder link in Architect displays when the following permissions are assigned:
Use Patient Dashboard Builder
Permissions are set from Configuration > Security Roles > Actions.
As a Study developer you must meet the following requirements to use the Patient Dashboard Builder:
have access to Rave Architect
have access to a project and one CRF version for the project for which you are going to build a Dashboard
have knowledge of data items useful for your audience
have knowledge of the structure of the study to locate and select data items easily.
